For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a lawyer because I loved negotiating and have always been an effective communicator. In college, I decided to study psychology and ended up in marketing for a commercial window consulting firm afterwards. Piecing together my favorite aspects of each of these fields, real estate ended up being that perfect role for me. As a REALTOR®, I can work one-on-one with people and help them through this transition period while utilizing my psychology background to understand and connect with them on a deeper level. I also have the opportunity to negotiate, communicate and develop marketing plans that can positively impact my clients’ lives.

Eric was born in Columbia, MD and attended Howard County public schools. He attended James Madison University, majored in marketing, and has worked extensively in advertising. In 2003 he began what was to become an illustrious Real Estate career. He teamed up with The Creig Northrop Team of Long and Foster in 2008, and became a top producer of a team that went on to becoming the top producing team in the entire nation 3 times, which is the most in history. In that capacity he won many awards, including: Executive Club member, Rookie of the year, Top agent in Volume for the Carroll Office (2009); Directors Club member, Top agent in company for units, Top agent in units and volume for the Carroll Office (2010); Executive Club member, Top agent in Volume for the Carroll Office (2011); Platinum Club member (2012); Master’s Club member, Top agent in units and volume for the Baltimore Office (2013 and 2014).
