As an agent, I’ve been told I have an educator’s heart, and I couldn’t describe my business philosophy in a better way. I don’t see myself in a pushy salesman role, but rather as a consultant and tireless advocate for my clients. Using my training and experience, I give my buyers and sellers the guidance they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. When I work with a client, we are truly a team and you never have to worry about being alone in what can be a complicated and emotional process. While the minimum licensing bar for agents in Maryland is 60 classroom hours, I have far surpassed the training and credentials the average agent has. Prior to becoming an agent, I earned an MBA, a Master of Marketing, and worked with major corporate brands. As a Realtor, I also gained my Associate Broker license and my CRS designation (representing the top 3-4% of agents in the country). I was a nominee for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors “Rising Star” award in 2019. What does this all mean for my clients? I see myself as the professional agent for savvy and professional clients who want the extra mile from the person representing them in such a large transaction!

“Lindsay was the exact fit we were looking for to help us find our forever home. She was very patient and showed us great interest in what we wanted from the first time my husband spoke with her about our needs and wants. We searched for several months and found the perfect house for us. We closed a couple of … weeks and are currently undergoing a pretty extensive renovation. I am still in touch with her and she has been helpful with. few minor details and findings. Lindsay is a complete professional and a pleasure to work with...she definitely know her business!” Read More ▾
