Sam and I hit it off right away. He was familiar with the neighborhood and priced the house well. He helped me find the people I needed to get the house ready to sell. He was always ready to help and respond to my many texts! The house was under contract in under a week! He eased all my concerns and helped solve all issues. He is awesome!
