Shaun was very patient & responsive! Even though he wasn't totally familiar with Crofton, he did his research and helped us in any way he could. He moved his schedule around numerous times in order to show us homes, and followed up with any questions we had by contacting the listing agent right away. If she/he did not respond in a timely manner, Shaun contacted them again until all of our questions were answered.
