We were first time home buyers trying to buy in a crazy market. Sophie helped us navigate the complexities of making multiple offers in an unprecedented seller's market. Her diligence, responsiveness, patience, and thoroughness were the key reasons why we managed to remain sane throughout the process. We made multiple offers (and often for the same house). Her ability to coordinate with us and the sellers made it possible to submit competitive offers in a timely fashion, even at crazy hours. Sophie never pushed us in any direction and made sure that we were comfortable in the offers we were making and aware of the risks involved in being aggressive in this market. She provided us with several comps for each property we toured which helped tremendously in understanding what would make for a competitive offer. She also came up with strategies to make our offer more attractive without putting us at risk. This ultimately helped us get a home that we really love!
