I started looking at houses in Baltimore in mid February online and when I found several that interested me I submitted a request for more info. Shawn responded immediately and before I knew it I was planning a tour of homes with him. He presented himself in a professional, knowledgeable way and was at the same time friendly and accommodating. In addition to seeing the homes I had interest in, Shawn gave me a tour of the entire area citing highlights of each neighborhood. On our second tour he had taken my list of preferences and honed in on properties that met the criteria. We found one that checked all the boxes that very day and we closed on it the first of April!
