We also cannot say enough good things about Shaun Elhai , our buyer's agent! Our home search was complicated and particular. We shifted gears many times throughout the process. Shaun was always helpful and responsive. At one point, we arrived with check in hand to purchase a house in a new development. However, as we sat with the sales representative to finalize design options, we felt uncomfortable with her lack of solid answers about prices. This would have been a fairly expensive sale and a nice commission for Shaun. Acting in our best interests, however, he asked us to take a break and had a private conversation with the sales representative. We DID NOT sign a contract that day, thank goodness!
We changed gears again and began our search in a new area. Shaun provided us helpful insights while carefully listening to our changing interests. When we finally found a house we wanted, negotiations were difficult when the appraisal came back lower than expected and the owner's balked. Shaun handled the tricky negotiations with finesse. We ultimately closed at a great price and couldn't be happier with our new home! Even after the sale, Shaun has reached out to us to check on how things are going.
