Julie Downing and her team provided an exceptional buying and selling experience during what could have been a very difficult time (COVID 19).
At every stage of this process, the level of attention was so exceptional that we felt as if we were her only clients. As the glitches that are typical of the buying/selling process arose, Julie's long list of resources and willingness to handle issues on our behalf made us feel as if we had our own personal assistant. It has long been noted that this process can be among the most stressful one can experience in life, but Julie made sure our experience was almost entirely stress free and really quite enjoyable. Julie has been so much more than a realtor throughout this process and we know that she will continue to be a resource for us with many home issues in the years to come. We will certainly never work with anyone other than Julie Singer in the future.
