Stacey was great! We had originally reached out to view one property, however it had 5 offers on it within the first few days. We were passively looking at homes to get an idea of what the market looked like. Stacey was very quick to let us know about a similar property just across the street that was off the market but the seller was open to showing. My wife and I hesitantly said yes and immediately fell in love with the property, location, and neighbors. Negotiations took a few days and we were able to close Very quickly!
