We decided to work with Eric based on a friend’s referral and it really paid of. The real estate market has been getting tougher as of late, so we needed extra help. He was particularly helpful with staging. We listed our house in Towson, MD at top of range and it still went under contract very quickly. Closed in 30 days and couldn’t be happier!
