There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how great our experience was with Melissa. We began as strangers and are now like family. She is professional, courteous, friendly and diligent. She was tenacious in ensuring our interests were met and considered. We sold our home and purchased a condominium, on the same day. She was our agent, confidant and advocate throughout the process.
