Chris was the best realtor we could have asked for. When we started looking for a house he got a whole thing set up that emailed us every time a house in our area came on the market that meet our criteria. This helped us out so much because we didn’t have to spend hours looking up listing and sorting hrough all the details. When something can up that we wanted to look at Chris was right on the ball to try and get us in for a showing ASAP. We had most of our showing same or next day which was great. This was our first time buying a house so we had a lot of questions and Chris always made himself available to answer our question and explain everything in great detail. He was so knowledgable on everything to do with purchasing a home. He also had so many great contacts that he gave us to use when it came to inspections and different things we wanted to check into with the house. One thing that helped us so much was the fact that Chris has a lot of experience working in the highly competitive housing market so he knew ways give us a leg up when putting an offer in that wasn’t just offering more money. We had no idea there are so many things you can change within an offer, but he walked us through every step of the way and explained everything in a way we could understand. He also never got annoyed with us when we first started our house search. We wanted to look at pretty much every house on the market and many of them were really run down and not at all a possibility and even though we had he come out to so many of those each house we went to he had so much enthusiasm and was ready to help us with whatever we wanted to do. Chris checked in on us to make sure that we were staying positive when it seemed like we were never going to find a house. We can’t thank chris enough for all of his time and effort to get us into our perfect home.
