Selling a vacant home while living out of state is not fun. Julie, Skyler, and the Waldner Winters team did a wonderful job during every step in the process to make it run smoothly. Even when unexpected repairs surfaced they helped identify local companies that could be contacted to perform the work. Julie has excellent knowledge of the local market and provided feedback every few days, including suggestions for a quicker sale. She was great to work with and her responsiveness and interaction via email and phone was excellent. Total time was 7 weeks from listing to closing. I would definitely contact Julie and the Waldner Winters team again if selling a home in their area.
