We worked with Julie to get our house sold and let me tell you, it was a great experience from start to finish! We moved out of state and were worried about how not being in the area to handle things. But Julie was on top of it! She was very responsive and even took our calls at late or off hours. The photos of our house were gorgeous! They even waited for a sunny day to come out and shoot. Made a big difference. Our house sold in exactly one month! When it came to negotiations she was awesome. We heard back the same day with final negotiations! She ended up getting us more money than we thought we would make out with. I would highly recommend Julie and her team we wish we could use her to buy a house in our new home state!
