This team has been absolutely wonderful. I flew into Maryland on a househunting trip, and Sam picked me up from the hotel and drove me around to all the houses I wanted to see. They were able to accommodate all of my requests (seeing a house before it was on the market --which we ended up purchasing, getting into the house with a contractor to get pricing on new flooring, getting into the house several hours before closing to move our stuff in) in addition to staying in steady contact throughout the process and keeping me up to date on how things were going. Sam attended our home inspection for me because we were still living out of state and went over the report in detail with me and was always ready to answer any questions we had about the process. I would highly recommend them to any military family moving to the area!
