The buying agent I worked with, Shaun Elhai, was fantastic. I had very specific requirements that were not easy to fulfill. He showed me options, locations, trade-offs etc that helped me buy the house I wanted. We moved here a few years ago from Canada and this is the first time I buy a house in the USA.
