It took over a year, but I finally found the perfect house for me thanks to Sam. He was incredibly patient with me despite all the questions and weekends spent looking at houses. I found Sam to be incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the negotiation process. Would definitely recommend and plan on continuing to work with him in the future.
