Lindsey was absolutely wonderful during our process to find a home and then sell ours. We were moving from the city to the county and she was knowledgeable in both areas. She was very responsive and always ready to look at a house as soon as it would come onto the market. Once we found the perfect home she helped us negotiate to make sure we got the house in a very competitive bidding situation. We were thrilled. Then it was time to list our house. She had a stager, James, who was such a pleasure to work with come in and help us get our house ready. With their suggestions the photos turned out great. We did a coming soon for a couple weeks while we prepared the home and to gain interest. When it hit the market we had a day and a half of showings and then two offers at and above full price. Again we were so happy. Lindsey helped us navigate the inspections and the appraisal so it was a smooth process. My family and I are beyond happy with the service we received from Lindsey on both sides of our move. She was always there if we had any questions and you would always get her not an assistant or team memeber. You work with Lindsey and get Lindsey. It is wonderful. I will definitely use her on our next move but I don’t expect that to be awhile since she helped us find the perfect house for our family.
