Sam and Jory were great from beginning to end. Sam was quick to respond to all my concerns and questions even when it was rather late in the evening/night and I expected a response the next day. He listed my house accurately and it sold quickly. His negotiation skills proved excellent when my home inspection came back less than perfect. They even helped find my sister temporary housing when her house burned down. He is definitely a great realtor and an even better person.
