We listed our older stone home with Eric in mid-August 2015 - we had lived here for 35 years. I could not have been more pleased with his understanding of our needs and our neighborhood. The suggestions for staging, discussion about pricing, the amount of initial and ongoing marketing were all very positive. My spouse suffered a serious accident and we took the house off the market in December, 2015. After his recovery, when we clearly could have gone elsewhere, we relisted again with Eric end of March 2016. The house sold in August 2016 and settled end of September. We are so excited for the buyers and excited to start our new journey.
