I wanted to focus this recommendation to a specific star on the Waldner Winter's Team, Shaun Elhai. We recently bought our first house and had gone through two different agents before we got to Shaun. Shaun was always available to answer any questions we had, day or night. He spent extra time really going through all the details of the contract to assure we understood everything and nothing was being hidden from us. Because of this, there were no surprises when we closed on the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
