Sam got our rental property sold in less than 6 days ABOVE the asking price! He has excellent negotiation skills and always responded quickly to calls/messages. We had a few hiccups throughout due to our property being tenant occupied, but Sam always made us feel comfortable and confident that everything would be okay (and it was, thanks to him!) I look forward to coming to Sam to buy my first home in a few years!
