Five years ago we contacted Marni from outside the region with reference to a specific property for sale in Baltimore. She spent spent several afternoons showing us properties and eventually also helped us look at several properties for rent. We rented for 1 year and eventually purchased a home for sale by owner. Marni was so amiable and thorough that we decided on the basis of our contact with her than when we sell our current residence, we would list it with her and we expect that this will in face be the case sometime in the next five years. After our initial contact she was particularly useful in helping us to find a mortgage broker who facilitated our purchase of our current home.
