Incredibly knowledgeable of the area assuring me that my house would sell rapidly of which I was quite sceptible. However, with great help and advice as to how to present my house, it sold in 3 days even before the official listing. He fully explained the whole process and was available by phone and text for any questions. I am closing on the house next Monday-today is 5/7/19. I am still amazed that it sold so rapidly as Jory assured me.
