Julie was very helpful in guiding our decision making process before the sale of the house and then figuring out what to spend money on before it went on the market. Once we were ready, it was on the market within 24 hours. They had a professional photographer come in and take pictures that were included in the commission of the sale. The pictures were perfect, the listing well written, and the strategy of the sale was down to a science. I felt well cared for along the way and also knew exactly who to contact when I had questions. Skyler is the listing concierge and Peggy is the transaction coordinator. I found that if I text Julie a question on her cell, if she was busy I would instantly get a call from either Skyler or Peggy, depending on where I was in the process.
