Nick and Shaun are all around great guys and professionals at what they do. They will look out for your best interests and always take the time to help no matter how big or small the question, issue or problem.
During the listing process, Shaun provided a helpful market analysis and insight. He took a lot of time to answer all of my quesitons. Then we had some tough negotiations because of financing and sellers requests. They were able to think outside the box and come up with a solution that might not have been the ideal solution for them but helped to get the deal done. They will do whatever they can to make a deal happen. I would highly reccomend Shaun to anyone looking to sell their house in MD.
