The team did virtually everything for us. They did it fast as if they work round the clock. They did it well as we seemed to get the best imaginable deal at every turn. I can't imagine a better home buying experience. The seller incurred a handful of less than fortunate events, I.e., underappraisal, home inspection issues, etc. and our team basically made sure it had no effect on us! Superb!
