The Waldner Winters Team recently helped my wife and I transition from a Baltimore row house to a wonderful Colonial in Baltimore County. We were incredibly happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them!
The sale of our row house was led by Julie Singer who was unbelievably attentive and helped us manage some unique needs (we have a very skittish large dog) when it came to showing the house. While Julie made sure that we got the best deal possible, she was realistic when it came to pricing and market conditions (unlike our previous listing agent). As anyone who has sold a home knows, the process can be both daunting and an emotional roller coaster. Julie handled all the logistics with practiced ease and helped us through the ups and downs with grace and understanding.
Sam Bruck helped us find our new home. My wife and I had been idly watching the market over the past five years and had several requirements that you really can’t find through just a simple online search of listings. We were worried about being “high maintenance” customers looking for something with both modern amenities but historical charm / personality. Sam tackled our list with gusto, constantly refining his suggestions based on frequently nebulous feedback, and quickly got a feel for what it was we were looking for. Sam didn’t hesitate to be a voice of reason when we thought we had “found the one” keeping us from making a poor decision. When we were ready to make an offer on the right place, Sam navigated the ins and outs like the pro that he is.
Unfortunately, The Waldner Winters Team was not our first choice when it came to real estate agents and we suffered as a result. Throughout the process, we never felt as though we were an annoyance or a bother, even our most inane questions were answered with professionalism and care. We are looking forward to spending the next decade or two in our new home but should the need arise, I guarantee you that the Waldner Winters Team will be our first call.
