I have bought and sold a number of houses in my life, and have worked with a number of different real estate agents of varying skill levels. Shaun was by far the best. He was responsive, on top of everything, a great negotiator, provided a great overview of the market to price the house appropriately, and very sharp. Would recommend him to anyone.
