We are relatively new to the city and as newbies were not entirely decided as to what we wanted. Eric helped us buy our first home and made the experience completely stress free throughout. He was very easy to get along with and was exceptionally prompt at every meeting giving us invaluable advice. He was always available and would respond to every query of ours immediately. The experience only got better after we were under contract, from his referrals to the right services, to arranging for almost everything we needed to ensure we close on time.
