Sam provided support 24/7 throughout the process for over 1 year. We were interested then backed down, then ramped up and down until we were really ready and he continuously checked in and provided over-the-top support. For example, he had his first child and was communicating that day, as we didn’t know, then continued to show us a house as we were in a crunch time later that same week!
