We met Dan at an open house and instantly felt comfortable with him. He is very friendly, easy going, and worked so hard for us. We told him about our past negative realtor experiences and started working with him the next day. We had a tall order of finding a very specific kind of multi-family home and he was the first realtor we met who was truly up to the task. Every time we had a question or a concern, he was available any day of the week at any time. He stayed positive when we would get discouraged. Dan was so great when we would look at houses with his knowledge and even taught our daughter a song on the piano during a very lengthy home inspection. He sold our previous home in the middle of a pandemic. We kept coming against roadblocks and challenges but Dan would stay positive and give us great advice. He never pushed us one way or the other but would give us his warranted opinions. I was so impressed by the listing and the pictures that were taken of our home after a consultation with a home stager. Dan worked with his contacts and brought in SO many private showings and multiple families to our open house. I would suggest Dan to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, responsive, and just a great guy. We will never forget all that he did for us to sell our previous home find our forever family home!
